ORDERS:

Completion of your custom-made order will take 4-6 weeks.
If you need faster service, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

MEASUREMENTS:

The key to your custom-made vestments and cassocks fitting perfectly is to have accurate measurements. Have someone assist you in taking the measurements using U.S. inches.

All measurements need to be taken of the body, not garment.
Taking measurements can be confusing.

SHIPPING:

We ship in Canada, USA and Internationally
Most orders take 3-5 business days by UPS.
International orders may take longer.
If you require faster delivery. Please specify in writing and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

All custom orders are final.
We are not responsible for measurement errors. However, if your order does not fit. Please let us know and we will find best solution for you within 14 days of receiving your order.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

For all customers who made purchase in the past. We have your measurements in file. No need to submit new measurements unless your weight has changed.
